Calorie, macro and training tracker
Macro knows nasi goreng, soto ayam and tempe mendoan, not just foods from somewhere else. Log a meal in a few taps, see what is left for today, and let your calorie target learn from your real progress.
How logging works
No weighing every grain of rice. Pick the food, choose how much, and the numbers add up for you.
Step 1
Type a dish like soto ayam, or scan the barcode on a pack. Search favors local Indonesian foods.
Step 2
Tap a serving or type the grams. Calories, protein, carbs and fat update as you choose.
Step 3
Your calories and macros for the day update at once, so you know what still fits for dinner.
What is inside
Food, water, fasting and training sit together, so a heavy lunch and a hard session make sense side by side.
Local dishes and ingredients come from TKPI, the Indonesian food composition table, and packaged products from Open Food Facts. Search is instant and favors local foods.
Your target learns from what you log and how your weight moves. It changes by 250 kcal at most per check-in, and only once there is enough data.
Point your camera at a pack. The product comes up from Open Food Facts, ready to log.
Save your usual breakfast and log it again in one tap. Build a recipe once, then log a portion of it.
Fill your glasses of water through the day, and keep fiber, sugar and sodium in view next to your macros.
Imsak and maghrib times for your city, from Kemenag parameters, with sahur and iftar as meals in your diary.
Start a fast, watch the time pass, and keep a history of every fast you finish.
Follow a multi-week plan with weights suggested, log every set, and see a personal record the day you set one.
Work with a coach who sees your progress and can propose new targets. You see the old and new value side by side, and nothing in your plan changes until you approve it.
Connections
